About Hunter

A third generation, lifelong South Carolinian, Hunter has worked in the Real Estate and Finance Industry for over 15 years, with a decade of experience in New Construction.

Hunter prides himself on being a loan officer who understands the ins and outs of each loan program and uses his decades of knowledge to his customer’s favor.

Hunter, his wife Carolynne, and children (Noah (11) and Riley (9)) live in  Historic Downtown Summerville. 

In addition to his family, Hunter’s Spare Time is spent as an active board member/Public Image Chair of The Summerville Rotary, Member of the Chamber of Commerce, Mentor for students at Alston – Bailey Elementary, while also being on boards for and working with multiple organizations within Historic Summerville to promote a positive outlook and community spirit.

With his years of real estate experience and dedication to the community, Hunter was voted by the readers of the Summerville Journal Scene as The Best Mortgage Lender in Summerville.
